WATCH HIM RUN- Part 1

Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God. Do you think the Scriptures have no meaning? They say that God is passionate that the spirit he has placed within us should be faithful to him. 6 And he gives grace generously. As the Scriptures say,

“God opposes the proud

but gives grace to the humble.”

7 So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come close to God, and God will come close to you. James 4:4-8

7 KEYS TO TOTAL VICTORY:

I. Think the Right Thoughts- this involves the mind

“Think on these things” Philippians 4:8

Scripture: Isaiah 26:3, 1 John 5:4

II. See the Right Sights- this involves the eyes

“Looking unto Jesus …” Hebrews 12:2

Scripture: Psalms 119:18, Ephesians 1:18

III. Hear the Right Sounds- this involves the ears

“Faith cometh by hearing …” Romans 10:17

Scripture: Luke 11:28, Proverbs 16:20
