You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless,
Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a
righteous person, though for a good person someone might
possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us
in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
ROMANS 5:6-8
3 THOUGHTS ON GOD’S LOVE TOWARDS YOU:
I. THE PROOF OF HIS LOVE.
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us.”

II. THE PHENOMENON OF HIS LOVE.
“in that while we were still sinners”

III. THE PRICE OF HIS LOVE.
“Christ died for us”

FIVE REASONS WHY GOD LOVES YOU*
There is one upon whom we can count always: GOD
Every day- let us remember that He loves us!
1. HE CREATED YOU
Yes, no matter where we live or what we do, our beginnings are from
God. We are created in his likeness and image; and He loves each of
us because of this.
2. HE KNOWS YOU
God knows each of us by name, and more. Even before we speak to
Him, He knows the words on our lips and the intent of our soul. In His
infinite knowledge, God sees the goodness in us and the desire we
have to walk with Christ. And because of this, He loves us.
3. HE ACCEPTS YOU
God knows we are human, with strengths and weaknesses, moments
of stellar heroism and times of failing. He accepts each of us as we
are, desiring to give us the strength and courage to live lives of
holiness. Because of this, He loves us.
4. HE DELIGHTS IN YOU
Each time you laugh, each time you do a good deed, God is pleased
with you whom He created. And each time you turn to Him, however
briefly, and ask Him to fill you with his presence, He is delighted.
Because of this, He loves us.
5. HE NEEDS YOU
God’s need is not weak; He is over all and all powerful. But you, His
beloved child, are created in his image and likeness for a purpose,
His purpose. God needs you to be light for the world and a witness to
Jesus Christ. Knowing you, delighting in you, accepting you, God
showers His love upon you, now and forever.
